Delete your data
For Heirloom, the photo restoration app published on Google Play by Nijo Studio. Effective date: 24 April 2026
This page explains how to request deletion of your account and the data we hold for you in connection with the Heirloom app. If you have any questions, email hello@worklifted.com.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to hello@worklifted.com from the address you use with the app, or include any in-app identifier you can find under Settings → About.
- Use the subject line "Heirloom data deletion request" so we can route it quickly.
- We will confirm receipt within 3 business days and complete deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your anonymous Heirloom user record (including your device identifier and restoration credit balance).
- Any photos uploaded to our backend that are still associated with your account.
- App session data tied to your account.
What is kept, and for how long
- Google Play purchase records. Receipts and purchase tokens are retained as required by law and by Google Play billing for up to 7 years. These contain no photo content.
- Support emails. If you have emailed our support address, those threads are retained for up to 2 years for audit and anti-abuse purposes, then deleted.
- Aggregated, non-identifying logs. Web server and infrastructure logs that do not identify you may persist for up to 90 days on a rolling basis.
